How to read the fee
- Pick the net gift you want the recipient to receive.
- Gross up by dividing by 0.955 so the fee does not eat the gift.
- Or start from what the team will chip in and subtract 4.5%.
- Remember: €50 / $50 waiver is about premium features, not zero fees.
- When you create a card, the organizer can choose EUR, USD, or GBP.

Honest notes
- Fee is 4.5% of the pooled total when you use the gift pool.
- Premium waiver at €50 / $50 does not cancel the 4.5% fee.
- Card-only use (no pool) has no gift platform fee.
FAQ
Does the table include the fee already?
Rows labeled “pooled” show fee and net after 4.5%. The gross-up row shows how much to collect to leave about €100 net.
Is the fee the same in GBP?
The rate is 4.5% of the pool. Organizers pick EUR, USD, or GBP on the card; the premium waiver threshold follows product currency rules.
When is premium waived?
When the pool reaches €50 or $50. For GBP, the applicable threshold is shown when you choose GBP. The 4.5% fee still applies.

Use Create on kudosdrop.com. Share the private link and open the optional pool when you are ready.
