1. Service Overview

KudosDrop provides online collaborative greeting cards and group gift-pooling tools. The platform operates on a no-account capability model: card organizers manage their boards via an organizer PIN, and contributors participate using private capability links.

3. Gift Voucher Delivery & Redemption

Gift pots are delivered to the recipient as digital vouchers through Tremendous Inc. The recipient selects their preferred merchant from an international gift card catalog (including major retailers, digital debit cards, or charitable donations where available). Once a digital gift code is redeemed, the transaction is final and non-reversible.

4. Acceptable Use & Content Guidelines

You agree not to post, upload, or share content that:

• • Is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or promotes hatred or discrimination.
• • Contains sexually explicit content or graphic violence.
• • Infringes intellectual property, copyrights, or privacy rights of any third party.
• • Distributes viruses, malware, spam, or malicious external links.

KudosDrop reserves the right to remove any post or lock any card found to violate these standards without prior notice.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect regulatory changes or new product features. Continued use of KudosDrop after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
